Philadelphia Union Remain Undefeated in MLS Play Thanks to Comeback Win In Nashville
Jim Curtin's plan for Philadelphia Union road games worked in the Union's 2-1 win over Nashville.
The Philadelphia Union earned five of their eight road points in Major League Soccer play from losing positions.
The Union pulled off another come-from-behind result on Saturday in Nashville, and this time around, they produced a 2-1 victory over Nashville SC.
Union manager Jim Curtin stuck to his typical road game plan. A second-half formation change proved to be the spark for the come-from-behind win.
“I thought the group showed a lot of character and now we’ve set ourselves up in a good spot in the table,” Curtin said.
