The Argentinian netted a second-half hat-trick to give the Union a 3-2 lead on aggregate in the Concacaf Champions League series with Saprissa.

The Philadelphia Union’s Argentinian forward scored three times in the second half on Tuesday night to power a 3-2 win over Saprissa in leg one of the first-round series in the Concacaf Champions Cup.
“Teams don’t come in here and score three goals, let alone three goals in a half,” Union manager Jim Curtin said.
