Damion Lowe Off to Strong Start in Massive Year
The Jamaican center back talked to the Union Soccer Blog about his relationship with Jim Curtin and how he's approaching the buildup to the 2024 Copa America.
CHESTER — Damion Lowe doesn’t carry a Homegrown Player tag, but his current game contains as much Philadelphia Union influence as players that came up through the academy.
Lowe started his career with Union manager Jim Curtin at Reading United in 2013, and after 10 years apart, they reunited last offseason.
“God just brought me back to my daddy, as everyone says,” Lowe said last week at Union training. “It’s been good and a fun ride so far.”
